This Federation styled home was originally built in 1932, with renovations in 1948 and 1995.
The house is encircled in verandas and features a weatherboard façade with double hung slash windows. The interior features picture rails and high pressed metal ceilings.
The house, raised on stumps, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus an extra toilet and shower in the laundry area. It has 2 fireplaces, ducted heating and ceiling fans.

Houses commonly cost $70000 or more to relocate depending on the complexity and distance to relocation site. Relocation costs include transportation of the house, re-stumping and re-roofing the house.
The buyer will contact House Removal Company and obtain quotes. The house is to be removed by the buyer and relocated to your land at your cost.
Timeframe: Timeframe for removal to be negotiated with buyer, but likely to be around 6 months.
The house has some asbestos present. Any asbestos will be removed prior to relocation at our expense.
