We have a very large backyard with a carport/entertainment area. Lush greenery, many well looked after plants and one very large tree centred in the heart of the yard. A large outdoor table sits 12 (pre social distancing rules). A 72in tv used for watching movies and what have you conveniently wall mounted in front of a leather couch. This is in the carport/entertainment area. BBQ, pizza oven, fire-pit etc. The backyard is quite central to everyones fun times.


THE ROOM for sublet/rent 5 months (with the possibility to extent, please ask) is spacious, front facing and fitted with roomy cabinets for all your storage needs (Please see photos). Two tall sash windows let in plenty of sunlight and fresh air. Carpeted and has a beautiful ceiling plaster feature.

The kitchen is convenient offering a fan-forced oven and new dish washer. both used regularly. Ample pantry space for everyone and some more leftover. All the necessary kitchen items are available.


The bathroom is large and offers up a tempting large bath. Two people easily fit. Cupboards for towels and bathroom mats, toiletries too.


We have a laundry with a dryer and washing machine.


You will be living with 2 fun and happy guys.


First, an ex-resturaunt-owner-turn-cinema-owner-operator-entrepreneur. His name is Jack, 34. Fondly referred to as ‘The Skip’. Jack enjoys working for himself and engaging new business ideas. Always on the move but never too far to help-out. Enjoys a drink and can seriously cook.


Next is Lewis, 32. Project manager, all-round optimist. The coastline is his playroom. Surfboard this, camp that. If you’re ever looking for a run he’s there to help out. Can cook a must-try chilli and an authentic carbonara. Also makes a mud-chocolate in-a-mug for dessert every so often. Enjoys a good night out.


LOCATED off Albion street, near ‘A Minor Place’ cafe. In-between Lygon Street and Sydney Road. Trams and trains near both. Daddy Bar, Luther’s Scoops, Padre cafe, Lobbs cafe. So many more.
